You book the transfer

Our commercial department will contact you to welcome you, by email or WhatsApp. So we can keep in touch.
1 days before the transfer
A sales representative will contact you to validate all the details of your reservation and he will send you the driver name and contact details. The driver will also call you on WhatsApp to introduce himself. This is our way to avoid any mistakes.
On the day of the transfer
After clearing customs, you will see a sign with your name on it. But when you get off the plane, connect to the airport’s wi-fi and we’ll contact you.
After the transfers
The day after the transfer, our commercial department will contact you to have your evaluation of our service.
Cancellation Policy
You get a full refund if you cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance.
To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your experience begins.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the transfer, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Changes made in less than 24 hours before the transfer starts will not be accepted.
Deadlines are based on transfer local time.
Remember that you cannot request any type of refund if you do not show up to use the contracted service.
…the problem with taxis!
As everywhere taxis can trick you when you don’t know the city. In the case of opting for a taxi, check that the device – taximeter – is turned on and that it is an official registered taxi (all valid taxis have an identification number beside them).
I have friends who visited Portugal and had bad experiences. For example, recently a friend of mine paid more than 80 euros to get to the city center.
Not to mention the waiting time in line to request a taxi, which can take more than 30 minutes. Also, taxis charge a fee per bag! It’s not pleasant, and we have other things to do when we arrive on vacation in Lisbon.

FAQ´s – Frequently Asked Questions
The car, a Sedan type vehicle, carries up to 4 passengers, but we recommend that you only travel a maximum of 3 passengers for your safety and comfort. As for the VAN, it transports up to 7 passengers + the guide/driver.
If you want to make a reservation and there are more than 7 passengers, you will need to make 2 separate reservations.
The hygiene protocols are:
- Places of constant access will be regularly disinfected
- Equipment will be disinfected between use
- Transport vehicles will be regularly disinfected
Yes, the day before our commercial department will send you by WhatsApp or email all the transfer information as well as the name and contact of the driver.
